Training Providers

Training Providers are organisations that are qualified to offer you training to get NVQ qualifications while you are working.

A training provider could be a company that is training its own staff to approved standards, a college that offers vocational training or a specialist-training organisation.

Whichever it is, to be approved to offer NVQ training the organisation has a contract with the Learning and Skills Council to deliver the training and NVQs when you do an Apprenticeship.

If it is not an employer the training provider has links to local employers and will help you to find a placement with a suitable employer who should be in a position to offer you permanent employment for your Apprenticeship.

Speak to your Personal Adviser and find out more about local Training Providers and how they could help you.

NWApprenticeships has information on some Training Providers in the local area.
