Divorce

If your parents are splitting up you may feel sad, angry, guilty or scared. You may even feel relieved. It’s important to remember that it is not your fault and your mum and dad will still be your mum and dad. If you’d like some support there are places to help you.

Itsnotyourfault has lots of useful information and sources of further help.

You can contact Childline or telephone them on 0800 1111

Relate offers free counselling to young people whose parents are splitting up or in conflict.
