- Religious Discrimination (The Employment Equality (Religion or Belief) Regulations 2003)
- Sex Discrimination (Sex Discrimination Act 1975 as amended)
- Sexual Orientation Discrimination (The Employment Equality (Sexual Orientation) Regulations 2003).
The legislation applies to vacancies that Connexions receive from employers, training providers and recruitment agencies.
